Lyman S. Bradford IV, Esq.
Lyman received his Juris Doctor in 2004 from Quinnipiac University School of Law in Hamden, Connecticut. Lyman is licensed to practice law in the state of Florida, including in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida. Lyman has received an "AV Preeminent" rating from Martindale Hubbel, which indicates the highest possible rating for legal ability and ethical standards as determined by his peers.
Since 2005, Lyman has concentrated his practice in the areas of real estate litigation, civil/commercial litigation, and government and municipal law. Lyman has represented homeowners throughout South Florida in disputes with financial institutions, construction companies, other homeowners, tenants, condominium and homeowner associations, and government entities at all levels. Lyman has also represented individuals and various business entities in civil and commercial disputes arising out of contractual disputes and other business-related matters, including from initial pre-suit negotiations through trial and successful appeal.
Lyman is a third-generation native of Palm Beach County, Florida, and grandson of the County's first Fire Chief, L.S. Bradford, a master machinist who established the Military Trail Volunteer Fire Department in 1949 and served in that capacity without pay until his death in 1970.

Cherie received her Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting and Finance in 2005 from American Intercontinental University in Atlanta, Georgia. Cherie holds the following licenses in the State of Florida: Real Estate Associate, Title Agent and Certified Signing Agent/Licensed Notary Public.
Since 1994, Cherie has concentrated her focus in the Real Estate Industry to include mortgage wholesaling, retail and secondary markets; residential and commercial real estate, providing title insurance policies through designated underwriters and expert closing services as a notary public.
Cherie began her career in the real estate and finance industry with Howrey & Simon in Washington D.C. assisting partner attorneys in the Economic, Civil Litigation and Merger Acquisition departments. Cherie has since moved to South Florida cultivating her knowledge and experience to assist those seeking professional guidance and service in the real estate industry.
